Delighted or Disappointed?

3rd Week weigh in

Hi Everyone

Weighed in this morning an lost 1 lb that's 8 in 3 weeks and I am really delighted as on my feast days I really have over indulged.

I do not really count calories on non fast days but just watch what I do, but I am president of local bowling club and get involved in a lot of social functions at weekends.

Well I feel as if I have had a big let off :confused: this week so onwards and upwards :razz:

That's great going, well done. Just completed 3rd fast, not weighing til day after next one...hope to see a loss like uours.

Well done, I lost 7lbs after 3 weeks of fasting, it's fab isn't it :victory: , & I to have not been watching what I eat on my feast days, though I think I may have to a little to try and get my wasit size down... :bugeyes:

Great job! I weigh tomorrow but it's that TOTM, and I ate more on my feast days than I should have (probably due to it being that TOTM!) so the scale is not going to say what I want it to. I am wondering if I just skip it this week and weigh next week.
