Feeling disheartened
08 May 2013, 12:24
Did m 3rd weekly weigh in this morning and I have not lost anything this week.
I know there are many reasons that this could happen but it still does feel dissapointing after all that fasting and spinning sessions!!

better luck next week I gues?!

I understand that it feels as if nothing has happened but you haven't gained any! You mentioned spinning? When you use muscle, it gets these little tears in it, the muscle retains water to make the repairs, then it will release the fluid. There are other factors to consider, as well. Hormones play a very big part of a woman's weight, and salt intake, and food still in the gut. Don't be disheartened, you didn't gain! Also looking at your BMI, you may even lose a bit slower than someone with more too lose. Keep doing what you are doing and I'm sure the scales will tip in your favor soon. :)

I didn't lose anything in my fourth week but lost a pound in my fifth week. Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint. Hang in there.
