Well 3 of my clients were home today when I went to pick up their dogs and every one of them commented on how good I looked and how much weight I had lost. All asked me about the diet - 2 of them are sharing the book, not sure if they have read it yet, but I think they are encouraged when they saw me. I had to put a belt on today cos I thought my pants might fall down! I wasn't sure if I had dropped a size cos my clothes come in so many different sizes and my work clothes have been crying at the seams, so whilst they are loose, I wasn't sure, but I suspect I have now slipped back to a 10 as the 12s are loose as. I have another 10 friends and family doing 5:2 - I just sent out the video to everyone and those who watched it are amazed. There are others talking about it too. The real thing as someone has said is when I get to my goal weight - people will be amazed and it will spur them on. I have a few friends I haven't seen for a couple of months (location) and we should be catching up in the next few weeks...I expect at least 1 will be a 5:2er then. Weighing in Saturday this week as I am going to fast again tomorrow...think I have lost more

How nice is that! Well done GMH, I'm sure you don't have much further to go now; good luck with the rest!
Thanks Airir - yes getting closer to goal - but I am going to go to 59kg (2kg down on my goal weight in tracker) as that's what I was about 5 years ago and felt good.
Fantastic! And probably good job with adding the belt, wouldn't do to have your hands full with the dogs and no way to pull 'em up. lol
Congratulations GMH. For people to actually say something means you must really look good. Well worth the hard work. Bet you can keep up with the dogs more too.
Thanks! Can't keep up with the greyhounds I walk Luckily we walk in fenced off leash parks so they can run and I can stroll! Yes not a good look to have my pants around my knees...or on the train LOL
