Delighted or Disappointed?

Yay !

Reached my first milestone - I'm 69.0KG this morning - back to my weight last March, which I achieved after 15 months of following low carb/low cal. I stopped recording my weight after that, and when I recorded it this Jan, I was 76KG, so I guess I gained those 7KG over 9 months :curse: And now, I've lost them in 4 months  So now onwards and downwards to discover unchartered territories!

Really wish I could find my weight records from old PCs/diaries - I'm going to go on a hunt today, I really can't remember what I have weighted over the last 20 years, although I do have a memory of being 9st 10lbs in my 20s, long before I got married, so maybe that should be my target.
yay for you what a great first milestone for you to reach :like:

that gives me hope for my future losses
Well done minumonline, have a fantastic weekend and enjoy the diary hunt!
Well done! I have kept some of my old diaries and see that the last time I was this weight was late 2007!
I had a big op in 2009 and was 14st and, due to inactivity, I shot up to 15st 2lb. I lost 2st in 2011, put a stone on last year and now that's GONE! (and more!)

Good luck with finding the diaries and losing the weight!
Fantastic!! You must be so excited to have broken your plateau, well done :like: Perseverance always pays off in the end!
Great work! Amazing that you reached a weight in 4 months that previously took 15 on another diet.
Excellent - well done :-)
Great example for all of us minumonline! Well done.
That's brilliant, enjoy that glow!
Thanks everyone for your support

I've just found my weight spreadsheet from 2008, when I was doing C25K the first time, and calorie counting, and I got down to 74kg, just before my birthday in July, then the spreadsheet stops, so I guess that, yet again, I got derailed, and gave up :frown: . So maybe this is my lowest weight for the last 5 years at least, possibly more. I really hope I can find my pregnancy records, so I can see what I weighed pre-babies.
Well done....just shows that we should never see getting older as a barrier. I've seen a few people on the forum getting down to what they weighed in their 20's.
That's fantastic, Minumonline! :like: Can well imagine how happy you are!
Great job Minumonline!
