I am delighted - I have lost 5 lbs this week which means I am back to the weight I was before I went on holiday. Now I need to lose the next 5 before we go away again! I love this W.O.L

Thanks you for all your good wishes.

Claire23 - I had five weeks away during April, and although I missed 7 breakfasts and lunches, I definitely didn't just have 500 cals in the evenings. Effectively, I lost 5 weeks , so my loss isn't as good as it looks but I am more than happy.
