Delighted or Disappointed?

After being cynical for months, I have been persuaded to try this WOE, and am liking it so far. I have just finished my second week, and lost 3lb the first week, and 1lb this week. And that is after a big family wedding at the weekend. I love my food, and like the fact that I can eat toasted bagels with butter and pate at the weekend  and still lose weight! :victory:

I just hope the novelty doesn't wear off, and that I can keep it up.
Hi heucharella!
Long time no see! You've been too  busy eating and losing weight! This is the place to be if you love your food AND want to lose weight.
Well done for the good start. My best advice is to keep reading the forum. It's very supportive when things get tricky and there is a wealth of information on here- oh and did I mention the lovely people. Good luck.
