Happy :-)
10 May 2013, 07:59
Had my fifth weigh in this morning and really wasn't looking forward to it, after a very heavy drinking long bank holiday weekend and eating pizza twice (and lots of other stuff!), then to top it all it was the dreaded time of the month at 2.30am this morning (which usually makes me bloat up and put on weight)... imagine my great surprise when I'd lost 0.6lbs this morning, plus another inch off my waist too :victory: :victory:

To say I'm a bit pleased is probably an understatement!

I can honestly say, this WOL is definitely the best

That is really great - It shows we can eat a little bit of the "good" stuff and still loosing weight. It is the good thing about 5:2. Well done :like:

Well done! I imagine once your totm is over, you will find you have lost even more than .6 lb, which is a good result on its own.
