Second weigh in this morning and I am down 3 lbs. Really happy with that, considering over the bank holiday weekend I had a big BBQ, lots of alcohol, went out, got a pizza on my way home, then on Wednesday I made 2 huge burgers with sausages, chorizo and cheese (the bbq left overs).
I fasted Tuesday and Thursday, and had about 550cals each day. But I have cycled to and from work tue, wed, thu and fri, which will be over 100miles by the time i get home tonight.
