Delighted or Disappointed?

So my weigh in day (1 per week for me) was this morning..
I was worried about where I would be at on the scale as I had a couple of drinks through the week late at night and some pretty high calorie days too!
I have however been more concious of how much I eat, trying not to go to the dreaded golden arches etc...
Anyway I weighed myself and i have dropped exactly 3 lbs this week
The other good thing is my blood sugars seem to be leveling out, I took my blood sugar after each fast day and they are now within normal range in the AM. I started at a worrying 7.6 they went to 6.9, 6.2, 5.9 and today I am at 5.1 (Canadian blood sugar tester).
I'm so happy with this fast diet, I rarely feel hungry and as long as I keep myself busy the fast days are easily managable.
Happy days....
Well done :-)
Well done Pml you are off to a great start. This WOE is so sustainable you will find you get good results even with a few indulgences.
Well done, I will be at the end of week 2 on Sunday and ths really hasn't been as hard as I thought!

Haven't weighed myself yet, but I do feel more in control of what I eat, cravings have gone down a lot and portions are a lot smaller than before. Good luck for week 3!
