Really pleased with my loss this morning. I've lost 1.5lbs this week which is the best loss I've had since my first week. I was a little disappointed with the losses over the last couple of weeks, but this drop is really good and very encouraging. It was worth sitting tight!
Also, while I haven't lost much from my hips, my waist has dropped 3 inches since I started. Starting to wish I had measured my thunder thighs as well as I'm sure I'm seeing a difference there too.
