That's better
11 May 2013, 06:23
Really pleased with my loss this morning. I've lost 1.5lbs this week which is the best loss I've had since my first week. I was a little disappointed with the losses over the last couple of weeks, but this drop is really good and very encouraging. It was worth sitting tight!

Also, while I haven't lost much from my hips, my waist has dropped 3 inches since I started. Starting to wish I had measured my thunder thighs as well as I'm sure I'm seeing a difference there too.

Oh, well done Robnem. It's good when it shifts isn't it. Why not measure your thighs now and keep an eye on that reduction too? The weight shifts from different areas at diffrent times so it could be encouraging at another weigh/measure day when other measurements aren't moving.
