Weight up but inches down
11 May 2013, 06:37
:?:
Finding it tough going at the moment, weight up 0.4 k this week! However have lost 4cm from my waist since starting this WOE
Found it a real shock this morning when charting my progress tracker, for the first time I REALLY read the paragraph above the graph. It tells me that as I lead a fairly sedentery lifestyle my calories for a fast day should be 391 anf for a feast day 1580!!
So thats where I'm going wrong...not for me the eat what you like feast days, reckon I'm calorie counting for ever.
It has given me the incentive to try and move more, post back surgery I'm up to 1.5 kilometers walking so far....watch this space

Keep at it lornameg! The disappearing waist shows that something is happening. The scales are but a number ;)

Chin up lornameg
like you this past couple of weeks my weight has stayed same but inches decreasing. I am just back from trying on Clothes. The lovely shop assistant said how did you go. With a dreaming smile I replied "great the smaller ones fit perfectly but I don't really want them thanks"
Not sure if I am ready for watermelon tight straight leg pants just yet, maybe next size down at goal weight.
It was a good feeling though and lifted me out of doldrums :clover:
