Delighted or Disappointed?

Hi
For those of you who read my post yesterday, it was not a good day....I woke up with a cold and it supposed to be my last fast day if the week. I managed ok through the day, but really had no desire to cook in the evening, I felt really tired. So my wonderful husband took me out, he'd been trying to tempt me with pizza all day!!
Anyway, by the time we got out of work, he'd decided pizza would just be too bad, so we had a curry, eeek!! We had a couple of popadoms, I just had a chicken curry with plain rice, but a bottle of wine was shared also, I was dreading my weigh in this morning :?:

Anyway on I got.........and I lost 1lb !!!
That's 5.5lbs since I started !!

Just want to say this WOE really IS fab, and I love this forum

Sorry for the long post today, I guess I just needed to confess yesterday's sins
Well done Lulabella, just goes to show the WOE really does work :)
That makes me feel a bit better, Lulabella. Had a monstrous day yesterday - a day of eating like a monster, that is. And that's after a thoroughly undisciplined weekend. Not usually given to beating myself up (much) but feeling distinctly gloomy today.

Fast days Tuesday and Thursday this week and weigh-in on Friday. I don't think I want to know.

Oh well, new day today and at least the sun's shining right now.
Well done that's great news.....now off to find your post from yesterday!
