See if I take a big deep breath and hold it
and really pull in my tummy
and stand up really tall and straight?
you can just about see the bottom of my rib cage
:victory:
pity I need to breathe else I would look so much slimmer

If I stand so I can see myself between the split in the two mirror doors I can be really slim.

Just keep going and it will happen. Slowly but surely wins! These small but regular successes are a glimpse of the future! Trust the science in the book and we will get there. Yay!

I have a slim mirror. It was a really cheap one Asda with a wooden frame. Interestingly in dry weather the frame appears to shrink a bit making me look very slim as it flexes the mirror a bit. It swells in wet weather making me look normal sadly!

She said: "Stop it Peter, you're turning blue!"
