WOW!
11 May 2013, 19:21
So I am still a newbie and just completed my second week of fasting, but the crazy thing is, I do NOT feel hungry on my feast days. I noticed this more the second week then the first. I assumed because I was fasting that I would be wolfing anything and everything down on my feast days but I just don't feel overly hungry. I eat small portions and I feel like this diet is going to create a tremendous amount of control over my portions and overall eating habits. Is this a common occurrence on this diet?

I have been doing this diet for a month now and have started to notice that I get fuller quicker :)

It does do a wonderful job of possibly shrinking the stomach and or allowing us to get in to tune with real hunger. I too noticed that my appetite decreased immediatly following my first fast. I wish that there were 6 days in a week, then I'd do fast, normal, normal, fast, normal, normal, fast, etc. because 3-4 days between fasts is too long!

That's a great side effect of this diet Claire, the feeling of being fuller faster because the stomach shrinks :)

Betsy - I wish there wasn't such a gap too! Sometimes I think about doing 4:3 just to give it a try :)
