5 weeks in and still going...
13 May 2013, 11:04
Hello

just to raise my hand and say... "I'm still going" after 5 weeks. After dieting for years, 3-4 weeks is usually when I go off the idea of changing my eating habits permanently. But no, I have shifted over 6lbs of weight ( and I know not just water)and am fasting today.

Have lost nearly 3 stone in total now (having taken up running) but it is only these last few weeks when people have started to really notice.

Still got a lonnng way to go and so happy to be part of this journey with y'all. :like: thanks
Hi, I recognized that we have started this diet around the same time and I am fasting today, too. Good job adn let's keep moving forward. I am fasting today, too. :clover:
Good to hear you're still with us , both of you. Well done on shifting the weight. Good for you both :victory:
5 weeks in and after yesterdays fast of only 400 cals am really disapointed to find I've lost no weight this week. Apart from a couple of treats over the weekend I've been really good and i know I will struggle this week as I'm going on a long weekend break to France so will have to be extra careful next week.
