Today is my weigh in day after my Saturday and Monday fasts. I have lost another two pounds this week bringing my weight to just under 9 stone
When I first started on 5:2, 9 stone was my goal weight, but since being on it for a while and looking at my bmi and my body shape (petite, pear shaped), I have decided to try and go down to 8 and a half stone.
For the last two weeks, I have been struggling with the eating days and I decided to 4:3 instead of 5:2 and this last week, I did two liquid only fasts.
Before that, a sort of pattern was emerging where I would lose a pound one week and then stay the same the next and then lose another pound the week after. Even on the weeks I didn't lose, I was losing inches.
I walk 15,000 steps a day (counted on my fitbit) and do hiit 3 times a week which I think help a lot too.
I'm really close now to my ideal weight and bmi and so far the weight loss is not slowing down
I hope somebody can get inspiration from this post as I have done from the others on here. Good luck everyone.
