whops!!!
14 May 2013, 06:24
So yesterday, although not a fast, was on course to be a "good" day, right up to the point when after dinner a friend called for me to cone over.....we have another friend who's very low and depressed at the no and it was action time!!
So, 3 hours later and almost a whole bottle of wine......!!!!! :starving:

Well, I don't have to elaborate on how bad I feel this morning

So it's 1st fast of the week today, we are going to the cinema tonight, but are eating at home first, so should be able to avoid any cinema treats

Why didn't I just have coffee last night :?:

Grrrrrrrrrr

It's just one day. Good luck at the cinema, I can't go to the movies without getting an ice cream.

Don't beat yourself up about it, today is a new day!! Just think of the money you will save at the cinema, treats there cost a bomb!! How about taking a pack of maltersers in with you, they aren't many cals for a normal size bag, like 180 I think. I suck on them as they last longer  x
