Really pleased

I weighed in this morning after 1 week ( 2 fasts) and have lost a total of 3lb and 1 inch of my waist!!
So pleased with this as it would normally take me a solid week of dieting to lose this amount maximum.
My husband is now embarking on this and doing the same fast days as me, today being his second fast day. He says that he feels so much better in him self already and this is from the biggest sceptic in the world!!

today is my 3rd fast day and I am really enjoying the feeling.

That's great Tracy. I am also on my first week with weigh in tomorrow. Today is my second fast day and I am just starting to feel hungry. Time for a cup of tea I think! Do you save your cals until the evening or split them? I have a small breakfast (smoothie 170 cals) and I will have a stir fry later and a low cal hot chocolate. Stomach is growling now!

I only have something really small for breakfast such as 2 ryvita crackerbread with a tiny scraping of marmite, and then a massive stir fry in the evening. Saying that, I couldnt eat it all last fast day!
Lunchtime, I have a mug of marigold vegetable boullion 5 cals.

I know what you mean. I did a huge stir fry last fast day and felt stuffed. I'm thinking our stomach shrink a bit from not eating all day.

Hi, Tracy and Cat - hope you don't mind me butting in!

I agree about being able to eat less already. On my second fast today but already found I can eat less on 'feast' days. Also on my first fast day I made a huge vegetable chilli for dinner and was amazed when I struggled to finish it - I thought I would have been starving!!
