Delighted or Disappointed?

Well this is week 3 of the diet, my blood sugars have fell into normal range which is fantastic and I continue to lose weight at a steady rate.
Me n the missus were a bit naughty this week - went out for a nice meal (prob 2000calories in one night of food and martinis!)
Despite being 'naughty' a couple of days I went under 16 stone(224lb) this week!!!!!(total weight loss of 2 lb this week and overall11.3 lb in 3 weeks!!!!!
I'm 6ft 1 pretty broad guy so this is a big deal for me!

A couple of observations:
1:I'm finding that now the fast days are not so hard - in fact I look forward in a weird kind of way to them...
2:You really become more aware of what you are eating throughout the week
3:I have more energy and I think I am sleeping better
4:I do find myself 'plugged up' on fast days but this passes...excuse the pun
5:Hunger is mainly all in the mind and comes in waves that are easily distracted from if you keep busy.

Thanks 5:2 this actually works...
It does work! May you have continued success with it PML! :clover:
