Moving again
18 May 2013, 08:12
For a few weeks I have been stuck on 12 stone 1 lb and finding it tough to lose this one pound to make it a stone total lose, but at last today on my usual Saturday weigh in, I am 12 stone and look forward to the next pound lose as 11 stone 13 sounds better again ha ha .

hi Carol. Isn't it good to be on the move again? I stuck around 12 stone for a few weeks and have now been stuck just under (11st 10 or11 lb ) for 3 weeks. But at least sticking isn't gaining so well done and good luck for more losses.

Well done :) I do the same - stick for a few weeks, then lose, and repeat the pattern. I would have given up before now if it hadn't been for this forum, even if I tend to read more than I post!

and it's such a good feeling seeing the stone number going to the one below. A great boost that you don'e see in kilograms :0

Me too. This is the longest I have ever followed a WOE and the forum really helps. There is always someone who is experiencing the same thing. I would have given up ages ago without you all!
