Getting the hang of it
21 May 2013, 12:30
So yesterday I finished my 2nd week. I hopped on the scales and I've lost 2lbs, hurrah! I was a bit worried as I weighed myself on Sunday and I had appeared to put on 3lbs (so down 5lbs in 2 days hahaha).
I'm putting it down to water weight as I am currently in the process of carrying my pill on for a third month which I don't think my body is enjoying!

I also posted about a week ago that I was getting headaches on my fast days. Last week I tried adding in a cup of Bovril to see if the salt theory worked - and it did! No headaches on my last 2 fast days.

I actually found yesterday quite easy and have found that skipping breakfast but eating lunch and dinner is the best way to do it for me.

My mom who is doing it with me has also lost 2lbs, so yay!

Congrats! That's great to hear :) The drink of something salty really makes that difference doesn't it? I have half a vegetable Oxo myself :) Good luck for the weeks ahead!
