I finished my seciond week yesterday and I am so enjoying the guilt free feeling this WOE brings! I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks so yesterday on a feast day I ate lunch at Jamie Olivers italin and did not feel one pang of guilt or panic at what I was going to order. As it happens I had 2 starters insted of a main meal and I enjoyed and savoured every mouthful1! after that I was full for the rest of the day anyway and just had a bowl of apple, blueberries and nuts with yoghurt when I got back form my zumba class.
I have yo yo dietd since my early 20's and for once I feel that this WOE is something that I can really fit in to my life and stick to. So glad I found you all! and this is such a great resource as I am sure I will need it to keep me motivated.
