I have started doing the 30 day Shred and was fully expecting to put on weight this week. I stayed exactly the same, so while I am not "delighted" I am definitely relieved. I'll be measuring waist, hips, arms and thighs tomorrow as well, and given how my clothes feel, expect I'll have a little progress there in any event.

I lost half inches on parts of my body after Day 10 and only lost a pound, remember! Definitely get the measuring tape out Well done for sticking with it and not gaining. I'm sure you'll see the pounds drop off soon!
I'm measuring in centimeters, which I'm sure will give me a better psychological boost than inches...
