Resisting temptation

I had my days for this week all planned - trying a second 4:3 week since last week's went well. Then work changed and not only was I not where I thought I would be, but lunch had been laid on :shock:
I debated just abandoning today's fast, but instead went and found a strong black coffee, and didn't look at the food. I survived and feel so pleased. Resisting temptation has never been one of my strong points!

Oh well done you :D I'm doing 4:3 myself this week, trying it out to see if I can manage it full time. Hope no more temptation gets thrown your way!

And now I have eaten, and have nearly got to bedtime, I know that if I had abandoned ship I would be feeling so cross with myself now. Hopefully it will make me stronger next time, knowing I have done it before.
Fast day 3 tomorrow......

My third was the hardest but they get loads easier :)

I discovered reply notifications were going in spam! Far from it.
Yes she is a Longhaired Weimaraner.
Still doing 4:3, though had a setback when I took the children away for a long weekend - chips and icecream.... All gone gain now though :smile:

Well done - I have found myself it is best to be stubborn in these cases and not have even one bite until it is time for dinner. Of course "one bite" won't hurt but it is all too easy to slide into more than one, which is where the damage is done.
