New confidence!
24 May 2013, 06:19
Up to now I haven't dared to eat anything to undo my fantastic progress as I am revelling being as trim as I was 40 years ago! It has taken me a while to trust myself to enjoy guilt- free treats on feast days since I have lost weight very steadily doing 5:2 carefully. I have monitored my calories and believe now that keeping around TDEE most of the time has made the difference.

-Confident to enjoy a WHOLE bar of favourite almond choc and let go more on wine etc without any guilt and still lose weight. It's true for me and obviously for many on this supportive and knowledgeable forum.

- Confident NOT to count calories on feast days and cravings have become naturally less intense.

-Confident not to wear camouflage clothes!

Amazing isn't it?
