Total of 3lb in 2 weeks. It's not as much as I would like but am eating truly what I would normally eat the other day (which is far too much) and the only other thing I have cut down on is wine. It's slow but very sustainable I hope. Will try and up my exercise a bit this week I think and see if that helps as I have a lot to lose.

It's not a bad start! I think the exercise could help - especially on the fast days. Did you watch Dr M's Horizon programme about exercise (see the thread here http://www.52fastdiet.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=447&p=2857&hilit=Mosley#p2857)? You can still catch in on iPlayer if you are in UK (maybe elsewhere I don't know).
