SO I am officially a month in to my new way of living.
Lost 2.2lbs again this week (same exactly as last) I am now at 220lb having lost a total of 13.5 lbs in a month. My clothes fit better I notice and I am sleeping better (less snoring) my blood sugars remain low (5.9 this AM).

But here are the confessions....A number of naughties this week.... I went to the cinema twice (iron man 3 and star trek)with the kids....for the kids....ok and for me  ate a bunch of buttery popcorn, had those big bag of sweets had MacDonald's twice and a number of drinkypoos throughout the week (not on fast days)....
I did not increase my exercise level as I keep promising myself to do... and I really enjoy wearing my socks to bed!

I love my new way of eating, it has put me back in control of what was going to be a disaster.
Thanks 5:2!
