Delighted or Disappointed?

I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks which I'm so happy about but my body fat percentage has gone from 37 to 36 to 38.4!? Has anyone else experienced this? I've not been walking quite so much this week so don't know if this might have made a difference- I've got a 14.5 week old baby so this is the easiest way for me to exercise at the moment!

I use exactly the same machine in Boots each week, although felt like for some reason I might have gripped the bars really tight this week!

Anyway interested if anyone else has found this.
My body fat % has generally been going down but last week I lost 3lbs and half an inch off my waist but my body fat % went up 1%! I would not worry about it too much after just two weeks - I expect that like me you will see an overall downwards trend over a longer period.

Well done on your weight loss so far.
I had a set of body fat scales that actually said in the info that they are only accurate if you have a relatively normal body fat! Seemed to defeat the object rather! It seems that the impedence type of measurement is pretty much an average. It measures muscle impedence and then works out fat and water with a formula so your hydration levels can affect it. I don't know if newer scales work any better.
Thank you for your replies!

Yeah I'm not too concerned to be honest if the scales are going the right way..which so far they are. Love the results so far for getting rid of this baby weight!
