Just caught sight of

me in the mirror in me undies (it's very hot and I'm going to bake) and
I'M NOT HANGING OVER MY BRA STRAP AT THE BACK :oops: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:
I'm really struggling just now, trying 4:3 to shift the glacial downward movement and adding in the shred thing.
It may be working (not on the scales)
a wee bit chuffed

Well it's far too cold here to be prancing in fromt of the mirror or doing anything without thermals so slightly envious....
