Delighted or Disappointed?

Another shreder who has not lost any weight this week! I am on day 8, though I should be on day 12 but I did some cycle training on some days rather than shred. I only lost 300g last week, and on Monday when I weighed myself I had put on more than a kilo!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I have stopped weighing myself and will see what happens on Saturday but I don't think I'll have lost anything :(
Anyway, keep going, you're the person who got me started on the shredding so you have to succeed!

You know I have been Shredding just behind you ( done 2 days of level 2, did I mention "Ow!"). I haven't lost any weight over all, either. My weight has gone up and down and most definitely stayed the same after a fast day - so I stopped weighing myself!

But ..... I have been hitching up my small jeans all day, so I don't much care what I weigh. Keep going, especially with the pressure of exams. You have come so far :hugright:


Thank you for the kind words! It's nice to have fellow shredders on here :) Nice to hear your jeans are getting baggy! Some of my clothes feel better and others don't?!

Haha oh gosh, the pressure! I will have to succeed for you :D I think this is a case for 'take your own advice' (something which I know I never do) and just keep going. Weight gain is temporary when you exercise out of your comfort zone... Must keep repeating 'What would Jillian do?' :P

Hopefully in 12 days I will be proudly posting a 'Before' and 'After' picture on this forum. I can only keep going and hope that the combination of fasting and shred whip my body into shape!

I'm sure you will, and remember, don't give into that false sense of lethagy as Jillian says, you will succeed!!!
