Another shreder who has not lost any weight this week! I am on day 8, though I should be on day 12 but I did some cycle training on some days rather than shred. I only lost 300g last week, and on Monday when I weighed myself I had put on more than a kilo!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I have stopped weighing myself and will see what happens on Saturday but I don't think I'll have lost anything
