So I normally weigh in on Fridays, I said after a month or so on this diet I would weigh fortnightly. I am due on that time of the month so I am unsure whether to just forget weighing myself until the time of the month ended.
On one hand, if I weigh and I have lost some, it will motivate me, but then on the other hand if I weigh and I am the same or a little heavier (been know to put on at time of month!) then I will feel annoyed .......
