20 LBS LOST, 10 TO GO!
03 Jun 2013, 14:08
Today I weighed in at 146 lbs. My starting weight was 166 lbs. I have imagined this day in my head because it means I'm 2/3s of the way to achieving my goal of 136 lbs. Yeah! and a big pat on the back to myself.

I love this diet program, I don't feel like its dieting at all, but more of a self-control teacher. I'm learning how to have self-control over my eating habits.
