Malteserr wrote: Hi mizzo, my tummy is my problem area as well, I have been doing 5:2 since February. At the beginning I could see that my tummy was getting a bit flatter but then it stopped. I have been doing 30 day shred , I was toning up other areas but not my tummy. 3 weeks ago I started ripped in 30 by jillian michaels as well and I can see the difference, lost about 6 cm around the waist. Also I am not far from my target weight and as they say the problem area is where the fat go off from last so that is helping as well. I think adding exercise to your day will help you, I haven't done the josie Gibson DVD but read some good reveiws , maybe give it a try and see how you feel.

I use Davina intense and the tum section is really good. If you fancy a change. I really feel it in my tum area after. I have same extremely protruding tum.

Hi Mizzo, thanks for posting because you've made me feel better.

I am tall and slim (or will be) with a pot belly. I have often been asked when the baby is due and I know how upsetting and hurtful it is.

I have had 2 c-sections which has made matters worse as the area around my scar is numb and my belly just hangs over it. I do a pilates class once a week and keep meaning to practice some of the core exercises at home but somehow never seem to find the time.

When I look in the mirror straight on I don't look too bad but side on is horrible and when I look down I just see a huge mass.

Unfortunately it always seems to be the area where I loses weight last but I'll keep plugging away at it.

Sorry emsy44, didn't see your post this morning - thanks for the davina tip!

Hi wildmissus - I like the name lol!
Glad to hear I'm not the only one, I was really upset about being asked if I was pregnant. Glad I've made you feel better :)

I have just this second purchased ripped in 30 as mentioned by malteserr so I'm determined to give it a go, although the reviews I've just seen say it is extremely hard :s

Fingers crossed!! Good luck, I'm sure we will both shift our middles soon enough :clover: :like:
