Enter your details on the tracker and it will tell you your TDEE (optimum amount of calories) then make it public if you want to share the data with us. Go on, don't be shy
I'm hoping that's what will happen O'Dell, that it'll suddenly start coming off.

I am enjoying it more than any other plan I've done because I only have to think about it two days a week, which suits me cause if I think about it too much it nearly sends me off on a binge.

Am thinking of changing from Monday and thursday to Tuesday and Thursday as I am in work both those days and it seems a bit easier when I'm working.
Oh right so is the TDEE the amount of calories you should aim for on a fast day?
No, on a feed day- it;s the Total Daily Energy Something- the rough amount you need to eat to maintain your weight. The fast day is up to 500 cals for females and up to 600 for males. Supposedly a quarter of the average amount people need. But, as there are so many variables with what is 'normal' TDEE is helpful;.
ahh, right, thank you. Still trying to get my head round all this! LOL

Total Daily Energy Expenditure - the amount of energy you use in a day, which should be equal to the amount of calories you eat to stay the same weight...look at the progress tracker for a rough idea!
Thanks. :)
Just wanted to say huge thank you for everyone's encouragement. I am just under 1lb lighter this week!! Back on it like a car bonnet! LOL
