Completed my second week and have lost 4lb! Amazed as I really don't feel deprived at all. Have felt hungry on fasting days but astouded myself to realise that it's really not that bad - and it does pass. I tend to watch what I eat anyway on non-fast days (years of calorie counting have conditioned me!) but I am starting to let go of the guilt when I fancy something 'naughty' - see, I can't get away from it totally yet!
Anyway, off to a party this weekend and am so looking forward to having that extra glass of wine - and a few nibbles - without worrying!
