I am really delighted! I have to say that I thought I would really struggle with not eating much for a whole day, as I am pretty greedy usually. However, it does get easier (on my 4th fast today) I have found and I am not tearing the fridge door open the second I get in from work. I also have zero will power but the thought that I can have that Dairy Milk tomorrow - it will still be there - is what really helps me to stick to it.
I tend to have a bowl of oats so simple porridge at about 11am and then dinner at 7pm of grilled chicken and steamed veggies. I really like the 'clean' flavours. I am trying going all the way through until 7pm today - have my trusty 2 litres of water and am busy at work so the day should fly!
I am 5ft 10" and currently weigh 11 stone 2lbs and my BMI is 22.4. I am doing this to get back to my wedding weight of 10 stone 2lbs, but would be happy at 10 stone 4lbs (70.8K). I just want to feel better about myself again! I love 5:2!!
