Oh dear shoobie1, understandably depressing for you :(

The only thing that I can say is that it DOES work, there are hundreds of us on here alone to attest to that (me included) - there are people here that will give you more nformed advice than me, but the3 things that come to mind:

1) is it that time of the month, or approaching?
2) did you overeat on non-fast days?
3) did you drnk gallons of water on fast days?

Hang on in there, it really does work :clover:

This was my first weight and I didn't lose either. But, on the plus side I didn't gain! I'm going to keep at it. You should too!

Don't give in shoobie. I know it must be disheartening for you but if you're doing everything right, I'm sure next week will produce better results. Don't forget your measurements too.

Good luck

Good thinking cblasz. I have to think that way a lot. And sometimes I even do gain, but it's not a state of affairs that stays. Now that I am weighing every day I see that weight bounces up and down all the time. But after over six months doing 5:2 I know that the slow way is down down. So just keep on and it will happen.
