Delighted or Disappointed?

I have just had a health check at work that look at blood glucose and cholesterol. As I have only lost a little weight in the time I have been on the woe, I thought that surely after six months, there would be some indication of the good it is doing. Well my blood glucose was 4.5 which was perfect, but then I've never had a problem with that. Unfortunately my cholesterol has gone up! From 5.2 last year to 6.3

Oh well, looks like I need to look at my feast days eating

Did they give you a breakdown of your levels? From what I understand, it's more important to know the ratio of HDL to total cholesterol.

Yes, my cholestrol is quite high, but the Doc said not to worry because the HDL ratio is good. So I don't worry and enjoy butter and cheese.
