First Week Blues ):
10 Jun 2013, 10:59
I did 2 days on and 5 days off and havent budged on the scales...really demotivated because on stricter diets my loss has been over 2lbs.

Maybe this one isnt for me? i will stick it out for a month, maybe my body needs time to adjust?

Hi I just wanted to say I barely lost 2lbs after first week I know you would have loved that loss, but I have loads of weight to lose so I expected more but kept with it before my holiday and each week lost more every time I got on the scales and I lost 1 stone in 5/6 weeks so yes do give it a time to work also I wasn't being careful on my eating days I foolishly thought anything goes and yes it does but only to your TDEE
Good luck this week :clover: Sue

Did you do two fasts consecutively? If so, I would advise leaving at least a day between fasts. I would also give it a month before you rethink. It does work, I have lost two stone. However, if you don't have much to lose it is going to come off very slowly. Good luck
