Delighted or Disappointed?

Who says you have to?

It works. Just do it and enjoy.
I'm a daily weigh in person, then record it once a week.
I'm weighing daily for interest as it sure is a roller coaster.
what I have noticed though is the weight will always go up after a salty meal, usually a takeaway Thai or pizza.
I normally add very little salt to our meals.
To keep my spirits up I look at the same weekday one or two weeks back and the weight will be higher.
Loving this WOE.
I would suggest that, even if you weigh daily, you choose one day of the week to be your 'official' day and stick to it! Yes, there may be times when it shows an increase but there should then be a corresponding decrease the following week and your daily weigh-ins will help you not to become disheartened by apparent gains.

Thanks for posting that! I read it once a while back and have been looking around for without success!
Glad to hear you are happier.

Like you I have a peek a the scales now and then but I only record the weight once a week. that way I know whether this is working for me.
