I reached the weight I was happy with back in Oct/Nov, and I've been maintaining ever since - but I've got no intention of giving up fasting. I can't foresee a week when I don't fast.
The weight loss that comes from IF is merely a side effect - the main reason I continue to fast is for the health reasons that come with cell repair. And the feeling of well being and increased energy (which I see you're putting to good use! ) I think, is incredible.
So I hope you won't stop fasting, Gill, a 24 hour period without food once a week is all you need - and you'll continue to reap the benefits.
