Hi I am so happy, I have dropped a whole stone as of my weigh in this morning and I have been follwing the plan for 5 weeks now
I have been charting my measurements too and also comparing them to when I did Slimming world about 3 years ago: on both diets I started out at exactly the same start weight 14st 3lbs and every weigh in I have lost almost exactly what I did at slimming world....BUT the big differnce is I am not having to think about meals all the time and constantly checking my SW book for A choices B choices etc etc. I have eaten garlic bread, chips, wine, G&T's, cheese, chinese crispy duck, kit kats, beeer sausages on the BBQ on my feast days and not once worried about the guilt. I think whether I am really hungry or not now, choose healthier options and actually leave food on my plate, I have bags more energy, I can hide the fact I am dieting from extended family members as I can share cake biscuits etc with them by adjusting my fast days, to be honest after years of yo-yo dieting they would think its another fad. I wanted to loose a stone at least by the time I go on my hols, but thats not until the end of July, so hope to have shifted another half stone by then, may even get a bikini out!! I have a party to go to on the 6th of July and hope that at least I can wear a dress without feeling self- concious
oh and Zumba tonight cant wait feel so bouncy today
