Wow!
12 Jun 2013, 08:36
Very very very happy this morning! Weighed in this morning and I've lost 6.5 pounds in a week. This includes 3 fast days, 4 ciders, one massive turkish meal, 1 burritto, 1-2 bars of chocolate per feast day, masses of sandwiches - I genuinly can't believe how easy this WOE is. I've always struggled in the past because I socialise a lot and struggle to cook everything from scratch, but only having to diet 2 days a week makes things so simple! Fasting today then going on hols on Sunday so not sure I'll manage to squeeze in another. Just hope I don't undo all my good work before I get back.
