De-Light-ed

2nd fast of the week done yesterday and so happy with the scales today

I am now only 2 lbs off target, and have lost 29 lbs overall....

I hit my 2nd, smaller, target waist size too .... I have now lost 7 inches off my waist and am smaller than I have been in years .... My new size 8 trousers fit comfortably loose and my daughter is looking worried that I'll be able to fit in her clothes

(She is a tall,trim 12 yo who wears a ladies 6 - 8 )

I know it's a post fast low and some will go back over the weekend but I can almost smell maintenance now..... And I feel ready for summer for the first time in years :victory: :victory: :victory:

Fabulous Eckat, you must be so pleased. I am hoping for a similar weight loss to you, going for 21lb first then more if it feels right. Size 8 trousers with a daughter padlocking her wardrobe!! Yep, that would do me

Eckat, well done you must be feeling fab. My aim is a total of at least 6 in off waist so great to hear of someone who's done it! And your daughter must be very very afraid (but I bet she's secretly proud)

 :like: :clover:

Thanks everyone....

Yes I am very pleased.... I know I can do the last couple of pounds but I don't want to go lower than that as people are telling me I've lost enough now and
I desperately need some new underwear as well as new clothes in general....

I'm not sure my 12 year old needs to worry too much - I don't think her style will suit me - at least not for work ;)

It's been a steady nearly 5 months to get to this, with rigorous tracking of calories and exercise too as I still over eat especially if I start on chocolate or Jaffa cakes.... So I still need to fast for maintenance (or learn some self control - unlikely!)

But if I can do it so can everybody else .... So keep going , 1 day at a time :)
