Delighted or Disappointed?

Delighted, I reached a milestone today of 13 stone. I'm also within a sniff of 2 stone off so I'm happy. I know at one point last year I saw 95 kgs on the scale so 82 is marvellous.

I've been doing Crossfit for the last few months and it's very challenging. I think, given the previous post in this section, I'm going to say you can exercise a lot but it does affect weight loss, in that gaining muscle you add weight. I'm attaching a graph showing the 200g net loss in April. :cool:

However, I'm feeling better than I have in years, the boys at the gym are doing a varied and interesting programme. I'm resting well and have lots of days where I recover and eat well. Diet has generally improved and fast days are fairly easy to cope with, hang out at the gym for most of those days! :wink:

Big thanks to Moogie, Caro and the gang for the forum and KenCC for the app, which clearly shows the day after the day with an all-day brekkie and a takeaway!!

If anyone has seen the boys at a CF gym, you know that wouldn't be a bad thing! They have a tendency to be a) ripped and b) take their tops off.

Sadly, I'm literally old enough to be their mother...

Spot on, Ken, that's it exactly. I know I'm undereating this week too so a chicken is cooking...

I've attached a pic of the workout from yesterday, strangely I find this easier than running, still can't run at all so rowed instead. :cool:
