Delighted, I reached a milestone today of 13 stone. I'm also within a sniff of 2 stone off so I'm happy. I know at one point last year I saw 95 kgs on the scale so 82 is marvellous.
I've been doing Crossfit for the last few months and it's very challenging. I think, given the previous post in this section, I'm going to say you can exercise a lot but it does affect weight loss, in that gaining muscle you add weight. I'm attaching a graph showing the 200g net loss in April.
However, I'm feeling better than I have in years, the boys at the gym are doing a varied and interesting programme. I'm resting well and have lots of days where I recover and eat well. Diet has generally improved and fast days are fairly easy to cope with, hang out at the gym for most of those days!
