Delighted or Disappointed?

Had a bit of a mad one last weekend. Went to Brighton and it was a bit lf a blow out. Hopped/Lurched onto the scales Sunday evening to assess the damage and was 17st. :bugeyes:
Skipped onto them today and saw 16st4.
I KNOW its probably all water but let me enjoy feeling smug. :oops:

Funnily enough today is a feed day and I don't feel hungry so have been quite good. No huge bars of choc/ice cream/lard.

Smug is good. I was smug when I weighed in today. Lowest weight for years.

Yes it really does. We have been out for dinner and I happily donated half my meal to my OH. There's ice cream in the house which I might have later but it's like the need to feed and worry about my next meal has been switched off.
