Delighted or Disappointed?

Delighted!!!!

Lost 4lb this week ..yay..
Daughter Sammi lost 5lb..yay yay..
Both very proud of ourselves.This is sammis 2nd week and thatd half a stone.
This is my 14th loss week as ive been off it for 2 weeks with a throat and chest infection so 16 weeks total.In the 2 weeks off I put on 4lb :-( I was down hearted but got back to it and my loss up to now is 2 stone 3lb.
Sammi was sceptical as she did this stupid diet called lipotrim and it has given her gallstones. She liked the speed of weight loss as it was shakes only the calorie restriction was about 300 per day she lost 3stone in 7 weeks but has her tummy problems now.
I think having read this book herself she understands the inside benefits of intermittent fasting and it fits in to hectic work schedules.

Well done both of you! Poor Sammi, gall stones are the pits!

I do love a success story. Keeps me on track. :smile:

Congratulations on both your impressive loses :smile:

That diet your daughter was on sounds unsafe, I'm sorry it gave her trouble. I hope that she will feel better soon with a more sensible and natural way of eating.
