I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 14lbs - woohoo! I'm right on track with the average weight loss on the forum losing 1lb per week.
I first heard about this WOE from friends who were doing it last year but, to be honest, I was worried about how I'd cope with only eating 500 cals a day, but then my mum started doing it and so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm so happy I did. I've dieted before in the past but after losing a little bit of weight I've always 'fallen off the wagon' at some point and then it always seems so difficult to get back into it again. This WOE completely frees you from that. I also love that I'm not obsessed with food all the time now which I've found to be the case on diets before.
I've got another 17lbs to go before I'm at my goal weight but I can see me sticking with this indefinitely, doing 6:1 if not 5:2.
