I ate. A lot
19 Jun 2013, 07:17
I ate a lot last week. I had a weeks annual leave. I did my two fasts perfectly.
I put on 0.6lbs on Monday. I was delighted. It should have been 6lbs.

Did my fast Monday. Fine.

Then yesterday happened.

I ate 3938 calories (I just tracked them now- its possibly more if I forgot something).

My TDEE is 1527.

I weigh the same this morning as I did when I started the diet 2 weeks ago. I know some is water bla bla bla.

Figured if I named and shamed myself online to the world maybe I'll learn my lesson.

I think I should attach a padlock to my mouth.
I'd probably stuff food up my nose or in my ears.

Have a good fast everyone. I'm going to have a guilty cruddy one

The great thing about this diet is that you can just get up, dust yourself down and start again. Don't feel guilty. Today is a new day. Give yourself a break!!!!

I've been there. But the beauty of it for me is that I find a fast day re-sets my appetite. I had a blow-out last week (even doing 16/8)and after fasting on Monday, I feel my feast button has been re-set. Yesterday I didnt feel to gorge at all and I didnt. Dont be too hard on yourself. Today is a new day.

I have blowouts too. It hasn't had any adverse effect on my weight-loss as far as I can see. Like the others say, it's over and done, simply pick up and continue like you wish to continue, and you'll see it's no big deal.

It's no big deal. I managed to cram a big bag of kettle chips down my gob in under ten mins yesterday during my feast day.
