Delighted or Disappointed?

Well either my scales are stuffed or something really bizarre is going on......

Its now week 5 and I've done 9 fasts which I've found pretty easy. My week one weigh in was a little disappointing so I decided not to weigh myself again for a while. I took a quick peek at the scales when I was weighed by a radiologist before a bone density scan, and their analogue scales showed I'd lost 2 -3kgs (short sighted so that's as close as I could tell). This morning I used my new-ish digital scales and they showed a weight loss of just 1 kilo from my starting weight.. . But here's where it gets weird . . I have lost 6cm from my waist, my clothes a looser, I can see and feel changes but the scales register next to no change . . .? It did occur to me that the scales need resetting when I weighed myself 30 mins later and had put on 800gm without even trying ! I feel like I've lost 3-4kgs . .

Still feeling positive as I love this way of eating, kind of enjoy fast days and now feel fuller with less food on normal days.. . .

Happy fasting everyone.
Morning, i'm the exact same, week 6 i'm on, last 4 weeks i've lost no weight at all after losing 3.5 lbs in the first 2 weeks.

But i'm looking thinner, clothes fit better and i've measured the following this morning

1 inch off my hips
1.5 inch off my waist
0.5 inch off both my thighs
1% body fat lost

I was hoping the scales would catch up this week! but i'm convinced in few weeks i'll have a big drop!

Fingers crossed :)
Wow, 6 cms from your waist is amazing!!! Don't worry about the scales, I find my weight is very up and down, and it seems that the waist/height ratio is more important health wise than your BMI anyway!
